**Job Objective**:
We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for providing business management support to both the mining stores and mine site business teams. This role will report directly to the Managing Director.We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for providing business management support to both the mining stores and mine site business teams. This role will report directly to the Managing Director.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic support to both General Managers and report to the MD,
- Partnering with site leadership, managers and functional heads of the business to support
- and coordinate operational needs,
- Supporting the GM & MD on new business plans and due diligence activities
- Prepare action plans to address any operational gaps that have been identified,
- In depth support with tender processes and contract management.
- Translating business updates into meaningful and succinct and presentations,
- Ensure on time reporting and track Medium Term Plan (MTP) progress.
- Responsible for obtaining market intelligence, completing competitive analyses and track actual growth versus target.
- Executing on adhoc business administrative tasks and assignments as communicated by the management team.
