Join The Well Team as our Client Acquisition Specialist, where you'll play a key role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities and at-risk youth through dedicated service outreach. This remote position requires a passionate individual ready to connect deeply with our mission from their home office, using our suite of digital tools to reach out to potential clients and build meaningful relationships without the need for travel.
Role and Responsibilities
- **Client Identification**: Employ digital research, networking, and effective cold-calling to discover new clients who can benefit from our services.
- **Acquisition Strategy**: Craft and execute plans to attract clients, emphasizing the unique value we provide in enhancing their quality of life.
- **Product and Service Mastery**: Gain a thorough understanding of what we offer to authentically communicate benefits to potential clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture connections with both prospective and existing clients, prioritizing empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- **Presentation Skills**: Deliver compelling online presentations that effectively communicate how our services meet client needs.
- **Negotiation and Closure**: Handle contract negotiations thoughtfully, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- **Sales Performance**: Meet and exceed targets by bringing meaningful changes to our clients' lives, backed by insightful sales forecasting.
Skills and Qualifications
- **Empathetic Sales Approach**: Demonstrated ability to connect with people, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- **Communication Excellence**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for daily high-volume calls and client interactions.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Skilled in using digital tools and platforms necessary for remote work, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Home Office Setup**: Must have a dedicated workspace with a stable internet connection, ensuring professionalism and productivity.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field, alongside a track record of successful client acquisition.
Additional Requirements
- **No Travel**: This is a fully remote role, requiring effective management of a high number of daily calls and virtual meetings.
