**HR Business Partner**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be key in developing close working relationships with the respective Business Area Managers to translate business area goals into HR outcomes, through the identification of competency gaps, identification of the desired culture and the development of the relevant delivery programs to close the gap
- Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs by collaborating with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Resourcing, Employee Relations and other HR areas
- Further you will develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes. Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns and provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate
- Regarding HR Governance you will monitor trends in the allocated Business Area and identify initiatives to mitigate risk areas
- Participate in projects to develop new HR services / products is required in this role
- Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy

**What makes you great**
- You possess a tertiary qualification with 5-10 years Generalist experience in HR
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills as well as a keen knowledge of organisational and operational issues which arise in the company is essential
- In addition you own effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management is essential
- An advanced knowledge of Labour Relations is essential
- Strong project management, change management and talent management skills are required
