**Labour & HR Administrator**

Resonance HR is an HR Consultancy which provides HR Services to multiple clients in multiple provinces around South Africa.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**First Point of Contact**
- The HR Administrator will act as the **HR Representative** for clients (office based) whilst communicating and escalating information and issues to the HR Business Partner.
- The first point of contact serves an important role in the relationship between the HR Business Partner and its clients. Every interaction between clients and a point of contact can either build or damage the organization.

**Industrial Relations**:

- Undertake and **complete the IR & ER processes **including managing internal disciplinary enquires, disciplinary hearings, appeals and grievance meetings.
- Prepare all documentation/information for Disciplinary Hearings and CCMA cases.
- Representing the Company at CCMA and Bargaining Council

**HR Administration**
- The main responsibilities as the HR Administrator will be to maintain, update and manage various HR documents and internal databases.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company HR documentation (digitally and in hard-copy format)
- Support HR function by supplying information and assistance to HR Business Partner, staff and Managers.
- Assist the HR Business Partners with the compilation and submission of HR Analytics Reports and HR Monthly reports

**Experience Required**:

- Knowledge of Employment legislation including OHSA, EEA, BCEA, SDA
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations legislation and procedures
- Internal policies & procedures implementation
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong love of administration, organisation, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Confident communicator, able to engage calmly and take initiative. Down to earth manner.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Driver’s License and own vehicle is ESSENTIAL to fulfil this role.
- Tertiary HR qualification (Certificate or Diploma)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
