**Contract Costing Administrator **at our
** **will report to the
**Manager: Finance.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensuring billing is accurate as per contractual agreements;
- Allocating costs to correct cost centers;
- Raising queries with suppliers on incorrect billing;
- Following up and sorting out outstanding billing queries
raised;
- Keeping record and reconciling all outstanding queries to the general ledger;
- Preparing various reconciliations;
- General office administration;
- Adhoc duties as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Grade 12;
- Financial diploma would be preferred;
- Basic Proficient in the use of Word & Excel (Microsoft Office);
- Basic working experience on an accounting package.
**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**:
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment;
- Deadline and target driven;
- Act with integrity and professionalism;
- Following instructions & procedures;
- Good communication skills (Verbal & written);
- Good administrative skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent attention to detail skills;
- Good with numbers and calculations.
