Legal & Compliance Administrator (Fixed Term

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the management and organization of legal documents, contracts, and compliance records.
- Support with contract administration, including tracking renewals and deadlines.
- Conduct initial reviews of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure the company remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Maintain and update the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining legal files, and organizing compliance training sessions.
- Monitor and manage the company’s compliance, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Respond to employee queries related to compliance issues and support with compliance training initiatives.
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
- LLB or Bcom Law
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or compliance administrative role.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document management.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining legal records and documents.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: From R180 000,00 per year
