A global company is seeking a Accounts Clerk Administrator to join their team. Based in Ballito.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to think on your feet
- Goal-driven, no time wasters
- Team-player
- Able to work and thrive under pressure

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receiving paperwork from from Depo’s & Transporters
- Analysing and processing of driver’s paperwork
- Capturing Fuel tickets
- Processing customer tax invoices on customer accounts using sales orders created by Internal Sales
- Balancing fuel volumes per trip and updating schedules with actual uplifted/delivered volumes
- Controlling over and under deliveries as per Admin procedure for OVER/UNDER deliveries
- Update fuel tickets with customer tax invoice number - part of checking system
- Daily and weekly invoice checks - Fuel tickets VS Quickbooks
- Phoning Debtors - payments collected as per authorised terms.
- Attending to customer requests and queries
- Compiling refund request documents
