Ballito based client looking for an Administration Clerk to join their team.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Admin
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas and be adept at working with figures.
- Experience in Pastel, Excel and Word and Google drive
- Ability to work under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing suppliers
- Obtaining Invoicing
- Processing Invoices in pastel
- Managing payments
- Checking invoicing with costings
- Assisting and working with orders clerk
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers for costing purposes
- Assisting with costing spreadsheets and client quotes
- Typing of client's quotes in word
- Processing of client Invoices in pastel
- Liaising with clients regarding payments and installations
- Petty Cash
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery requirements
- Dealing with office printers and related Issues
- Adhoc duties
