**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support within the Supply chain department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Customer Service**:

- Support with customer complaints or issues, escalating them as necessary to the appropriate department.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Special Projects**:

- Participate in special projects, research assignments, and initiatives as assigned.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk in supply chain, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
