Debtors and Creditors Clerk required to join a client in the finance industry. Based in Ballito.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of Pastel
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Office365
- Vibrant & enthusiastic.
- Hardworking.
- A self-starter.
- Dedicated.
- Detail orientated.
- Must be able to work without supervision at time.
- Own transport required.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- To support the accountant manager in providing a comprehensive Financial and Administration support.
- External Interaction: Suppliers, service providers.
- Internal Interaction: Sales staff.
- Processing of sales journals daily.
- Processing of cash books daily.
- Processing Debtor Transactions.
- Processing and recording transactions as per the bank statements.
- Reconciling and resolving account discrepancies.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as sending payment reminders, filing paperwork.
- Ensure Company records are complete and accurate.
- Ensure exposure to losses minimised.
- Ensure all receipts and journals have been completed prior to close-off dates.
- Ensure invoices are authorised in accordance with the levels of authority and allocate to correct supplier/creditors and or general ledger accounts daily expenses.
- Following up on outstanding invoices & resolving queries.
