Contracts Coordinator

Are you an experienced Contracts Coordinator with a passion for managing contracts and bringing projects together to drive business growth? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Jet Park. Other than the minimum requirements, we need an excellent communicator with a strong technical background in planning and coordinating activities across departments.
**Minimum Requirement**
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma and Project or Contract Management qualification.
- 7-10 years experience in a manufacturing environment (pressure parts mainly or industrial).
- Commercial contracts experience.
- Knowledge of boiler pressure parts.
- MS Projects proficiency.
- Interpret drawings and materials.
- Knowledge of NEC Contracts and procurement processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage contract activities to ensure that contract reviews are regularly held and accurately recorded and that the correct processes and methods are employed from acceptance of the sales order through to invoicing.
- Facilitate handover from the sales department to the contracts department, ensuring an understanding of the sales commitment, and commercial, technical, quality, safety, and time risks.
- Initiate and manage technical and commercial contract documentation.
- Prepare purchase orders and requisitions for all vendors.
- Coordinate, control, and manage all activities between customers, vendors, and the company.
- Manage contract subcontractors to ensure efficient, profitable, and on-time delivery.
- Identify, manage, and control internal and external engineering, drawing office, SHEQ risk, commercial, logístical, and management resources necessary to complete the contract.
- Source and generate new business by assessing materials and their suppliers, and assisting with procurement.
- Review and increase the manufacturing capabilities by expanding the current service offering.
