Finance Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately recording all financial transactions.
- Managing Supplier and client accounts.
- Assisting with Payroll.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assisting with the drafting and implementation of systems and procedures.
- Attending to client’s needs as and when required.
**Qualification and Experience**
- A tertiary level accounting qualification or other equivalent Accounting/ Management Accounting /Costing qualification.
- At least 3 years’ financial/management accounting experience.
- At least 4 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
**Competencies**
- Ability to prioritize and produce high-level accurate work consistently.
- Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure; ability to work independently.
- Be proactive, display initiative and be a critical thinker.
- Financial rigor, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and process-driven.
- Advanced computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting (Sage and Payroll is an advantage) spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.
- Consistently demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethical values.
- Strong written and oral communication (including presentation) skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively both in-person & remotely.
**Salary**: From R8,500.00 per month
