**We are looking for**:
A talented Technical Writer to join the team to help us gather, organise and document information that is crucial for both internal processes and product knowledge. You will work closely with all departments to extract knowledge and use various sources such as product descriptions, helpdesk interactions, and other company resources to create comprehensive, accessible internal documentation. You will also be required to monitor and engage on our our social media channels. Your knack for fostering collaboration, cohesion, and process transparency will ignite our culture of innovation and empowerment. Ready to revolutionise the way we work and engage?

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities for this role are**:

- Interview stakeholders and gather insights to inform content development.
- Structure and organize information effectively to create engaging and informative instructional materials.
- Develop clear and concise copy for end-user and administrator content for our Knowledge Base.
- Establish channels for user feedback and amend Knowledge Base content as required.
- Identify potential improvements in the Knowledge Base to ensure an outstanding user experience.
- Contribute and guide internal communications.
- Ensure all content is consistently applied across multiple channels.
- Craft compelling copy for social media posts, engaging our audience and driving brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.

**The ideal person for this role has**:
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 5+ years' Experience in copywriting and technical writing.
- Strong interviewing and listening skills.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience in taking in knowledge via all mediums of communication and turning that knowledge into coherent and easy to follow documentation
- Experience with Notion and Zoho is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines.
- Autonomous and curious i.e., able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivated - the ability to stay disciplined and motivated.
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in various formats (written / text, audio, digital/social, interactive etc.) and face-to-face.
