- Deliver sales performance and Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in order to meet or exceed national sales plan within expense budgets.
- Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing and coaching sales performance including:
- Setting of sales targets and incentive schemes
- Ensuring optimal Targeting and Segmentation of key accounts and stakeholders and defining targets for sales force effectiveness.
- In-field team coaching to drive sales performance and sales team development.
- Facilitate, develop and implement national and local tactical / operational plans that are aligned with brand strategy in order to optimize strategic momentum.
- Professionally manage and build cross-functional cooperation between key stakeholders, build effective multi-disciplinary IFT’s and ensure timely and qualitative market intelligence information flow between the Brand and In-field Teams in order to optimize brand strategy and its execution.
- Proactively and continuously aspire to serve key stakeholder needs, expectations and challenges in order to build trusted key stakeholder relationships that are mutually beneficial.
- Monitor and consolidate market value drivers, sales team performance, account plans and infield insights and ensure that information reaches the Brand Team in order to inform the brand planning process as well as product supply and demand.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric
- Degree would be advantageous
- Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching of teams and individuals.
- Knowledge of territory and ability to build strong relationships with External Experts and Internal Stakeholders alike.

- Strong ability to be proactive and anticipate change, rather than being reactive to changes after they occur.
- Supports and guides the representative on making the appropriate adjustments in terms of strategies and tactics for maximizing business opportunities.
