In this position, you will plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behavior. Skills, Qualifications and experience you must have and will need **Flexible thinker who is also well-organized and able to retain information. ** Communication and marketing skills to act the contact point between internal team members and clients **Client relationship management skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. ** Budgeting, bookkeeping, and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software **Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of product and service ** Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems **Complete tasks carried out by the sales team, provide advice and training to junior team members, and ensure business standards. ** Ensure daily duties are completed efficiently. **Ensure our company meets it objectives, complies with regulations, and supports other departments effectively. ** Support the executive team, carrying out business-related tasks and administrative tasks essential to completing their sales duties **High EQ and understanding ** The ability to work independently and in a team **Superior written and verbal communication skills ** Data entry and typing skills **Attention to detail ** Maths Skills **Organize and multitasking ** Flexibility and openness to change **Sales software proficiency ** Computer literacy **Product and Service knowledge ** Creative **Persistent ** Active listening **Setting goals ** Time management **Strategic thinking ** Presentation Skills **Target Market Analysis ** Business, Finance and Accounting Knowledge and understanding Requirements**:Required availability for occasional weekend and evening work, special events or business changes/ challenges require flexibility. ** Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts **Must be 18 years of age or older ** 1-year Successful work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or similar position **Proven working experience as a sales and marketing executive ** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred **A passion for sales ** Knowledge of modern marketing techniques **Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques ** Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies. **Significant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns ** Adaptable to changing tasks and environments **Must be able to multitask and stick to your schedules while also responding to incidents as they occur throughout the day ** Sales and Marketer may also have to complete additional training requirements, pending the environmental requirements. **Read, write, and comprehend in English ** High-level communication and networking skills. **Clean criminals background ** Pre-employment background (credit, criminal, and drug) check required. **Ability to commute ** Your own personal reliable vehicle / car **A good bill of health ** Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50) **Communication, ability to convey information in a prompt and clear manner is a core ** All employees are requiring social distance and wear PPE
