We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and passionate individuals to join our team and build a career in Consumer and Sensory Market Research. We are looking for an exceptional graduate or recent graduate with previous Market Research experience to join our teams as a Qualitative Graduate / Trainee Research Executives. This position will be based in our Durban office.

**So, what's this role all about?**
As a Graduate Qualitative Research Executive, you'll get the opportunity to work across a number of well-known international brands - helping across all stages of the project cycle and working within a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Conducting depth interviews, moderating online communities and assisting focus groups.
- Helping the team design research methods and writing proposals, screeners, discussion guides and supporting field materials.
- Producing qualitative output and assisting in initiatives to improve the visual aspects of MMR output generally.
- Assisting with project management and brief colleagues from other departments on all aspects of projects, to ensure accurate and timely execution of the research. Drawing up schedules for all aspects of each project and ensure that they are issued and agreed by all relevant personnel, notifying people immediately of any changes.
- Liaising with international agencies and attending international fieldwork as appropriate
- Analysing qualitative data, providing interpretation and recommendations for discussion with a manager in story meeting
- Moderating online communitiies and assisting with focus groups.
**Requirements**:
**You will**
- Have a degree (or higher) in a social science, marketing or arts related discipline or similar experience/qualifications
- Ideally, you’ll possess some relevant work experience, industrial placement experience would also be beneficial
- Have strong organisational, time management and self-management skills
- Be happy to travel both nationally and internationally on a regular basis
