We are seeking a dynamic and vibrant **Sales Distribution Executive** with prior sales experience to support our Business Development Consultant (BDC) and Group CEO. This role is crucial in enhancing our sales distribution strategies, handling client interactions, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. You must be a graduate with ideally prior sales experience, to explore new distribution channels, handle enquiries, and building strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Service Support**:

- Serve as the primary contact for clients and potential clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Manage and process client requests efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Provide regular updates to clients on their requests and status.
- ** Reporting**:

- Create detailed reports on sales performance and client request statuses.
- Support sales forecasting and strategic planning activities.
- ** Administrative Support**:

- Maintain precise records of sales activities and invoices.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and distribution teams.
- ** Appointment setting**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Manage and update the appointment calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure availability.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Must be a **college / university graduate** with prior experience in a **sales, sales support or sales distribution**:

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
