**Job Summary**: Property Management and Development Company seeks Organisational Development Manager.

Operating for almost 3 decades, our client has generated a national footprint for themselves. Although well known for their Retail properties, they have diverse portfolio’s that expand into other sectors such as commercial, residential, and light industrial. With their large staff compliment, they have sufficient capacity to ensure they provide excellent services such as Leasing, Facilities Management, Marketing and Property Management. To ensure consistent advancement and growth internally and externally, they are looking for an Organizational Development Manager. Forming part of the Human Resource Department, you will have a Learning and Development manager reporting to you. Your core responsibilities will include internal client relationship management, functional strategy formulation and organizational design. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying gaps and needs within the business, strategizing on solutions, assisting in redefining reporting structures, leading and managing adhoc HR Projects, advising on change initiatives and managing stakeholders up to EXCO level. Reporting to HR Executive, other accountabilities will comprise of business performance management, policy development and implementation as well as talent management, development, and optimization. To be considered for this role you will need a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development/Human Resource or any related field. 6 -10 years of experience in a similar role in conjunction with excellent communication skills, strong relationship management skills and proven experience in talent development or change management on a managerial level will assist you in securing this position. The successful incumbent of this role will have proven knowledge of organizational design principles and methodologies, project management skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision making.
