About the job
Responsible for coordination, input, processing and support of all Talent and Learning and Development function.
Key areas of responsibility
Main job responsibilities along with summarised sub elements
1. Coordination of Talent Management Related activities and processes
Talent and Psychometric Assessments
- Booking of inhouse assessments when required
- Sending out the logon details of selected assessments to prospective employees or current employees if required
- Follow up and coordination of completion of assessments
- Scheduling of feedback with the Line Manager and Talent Lead
Recruitment Process
- Coordination of the interview process to support recruitment of talent
- Setting up and aligning diaries of Line management, HRBP, Talent and prospective employees where required
- Talent Review
- Coordination of the Talent Review process by supporting the Transformation lead in ensuring all talent data is entered into the system
- Setting up the Review session with various stakeholders
- Supporting the Transformation Lead by printing the various talent review decks as well as coordinating the pre review session between Transformation Lead and HRBP's.
2. Coordination of all L&D related processes and activities
Training
- Creation of all training and learning catalogues on the training systems (such as Cornerstone and Campus X)
- Coordination of training initiatives and programs including booking of people on training, booking rooms, arranging catering and sending relevant training invitations.
- Induction
- Coordination of Induction for Day one in Bryanston including booking of rooms and diaries as well as arranging catering
Study Assistance
Audits
- Extraction of relevant information for auditors and statutory returns/filings.
- Learning Roll outs
- Support the L&D Manager in the roll out of any learning programmes and initiatives
3. System Administration and Ad Hoc Projects
- System administrator for all related processes and extraction of required data from these systems when needed
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as and when required
About you
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

Qualification(s)
- Degree or Diploma with 3 to 5 years' experience or grade 12 with 5 years plus experience
- 2 - 3 years of this must be in a Admin and coordination role
Experience and Skills
- Solid experience in administration and coordination of information and processes
- Experience in system administration and changes relating to Learning and Talent
- Solid experience in a service orientation role working with multiple stakeholders
