**Position Title**: Internship - Wellness Coordinator

**Reports to**: Head of Department for Marketing, Communications, and Wellness

**Job Level**: Internship

**Location**: Bryanston Johannesburg

**Job Key Responsibilities**:
**Wellness Programme Support**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of wellness programmes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to execute wellness strategies.

**Communication and Outreach**:

- Support in creating and disseminating wellness-related content and communications.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote wellness activities and resources.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Assist in collecting and analysing data related to wellness programs.
- Prepare reports on program participation and outcomes.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance for the wellness department.
- Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain records.

**Research and Development**:

- Conduct research on the latest wellness trends and best practices.
- Support in developing innovative wellness strategies and solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Essential Requirements for those with no medical aid experience:_

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Degree/diploma in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field (NQF level 6).
- Preferred: Degree/diploma in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field (NQF level 7).

**Experience**:

- 6 months to 2 years (Experience with medical aid advantageous).
