Our client a stable business that has existed for over 45 years are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team in Centurion.

**Requirements**:

- Petty Cash processing, maintain, issue and reconcile for all branches and Head Office
- Reconciliation of Subcontractors
- Reconciliation of Agents
- Prepare payment requisition for payments
- Creditors Administration & payments
- Process of supplier accounts rent, monthly subscriptions, Water & Electricity and etc
- Responsible for fleet management, bookings, maintenance on vehicles, raising bills and reconciling the accounts for Thrifty.
- Raise credit noted on QB for any refunds paid
- Order Groceries and Stationery with Formax
- Capture large spares on a register
- Capture the Courier Guy invoices and top up
- Print Bank Statements daily
- Loading of EFT payments on online banking
- Creating Invoices and Credit Notes
- General office admin related duties
- Allocating debtors payments received according to the invoices
- Daily Import once twice a week -Daily basis
- Age Analysis report -Updated once a week
- Debtors Administration & collection

- Able to work under pressure
- Quick Leaner
- Efficient
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience
- Certificate or Diploma will be an advantage.
