**The duties and responsibilities of the **Finance Administrator will include, but not limited to**:

- Perform financial administrative functions such as compiling monthly reports and payments.
- Organize financial data for audits and procurement
- Process payments and perform procurements tasks.
- Ensure all accounts are updated.
- Monitor cash flow and keep records of all transactions
- Analyze and verify supporting documents
- Compile reconciliation statements
- Assist with creditor’s accounts.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks (occasionally) such as stand-in for colleague or supervisor

Required qualifications, skills, and experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Auditing or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in an entry level accounting position.
- Experience working on accounting / enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Experience working in finance and/or audition, within a non-profit organisation would be advantageous
- Must have completed SAIPA Articles
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes and procedures
- Good Communication Skills
- Mathematical Proficiency
- Good Computer Skills (MS Office Suite)
- Driver's License (Code B) with no endorsements
