Trade Operations Administrator

Our client is a well-established and reputable Treasury Advisory that simplifies foreign exchange and risk management for importers and exporters. The company forms part of a group that has grown rapidly over the past 17 years and now extends to interests in Australia, Argentina, and the United States of America. There are 26 subsidiaries affiliated with the company with over 1000 employees worldwide.
A career opportunity exists for an Administrator who will support the operational team to function optimally in delivering exceptional service to clients. The successful incumbent will be introduced to the fast-paced world of foreign exchange and trade finance and will need the following personal attributes to be successful in this position:

**DUTIES**:
Keep track of upcoming payments & Obtain required documents from client within due time.
Telephonically confirm detail with clients and assist with enquiries that arise.
Initiate & manage timeous submission of foreign exchange payments to various banks for processing within daily cut-off time.
Keep track of overdue payments and problem-solve to ensure settlement
Reporting of payments in accordance with SARB regulations
Capturing of various foreign supplier bank details & related information to client processing profiles.
Keep client files updated daily.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Matric with a minimum of 2 years experience in a position that required meticulous financial administration and attention to detail.
Excellent Excel skills.
Highly proficient in MS Word.
High level of numerical abilities / aptitude.
Fully bilingual / fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Own transport and driver's license.
