Asset Representative

The Client Services Asset Controller will act as a client liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency and highlight any potential risk identified to management. The CS Asset Controller must be actively involved in the return of Assets to relevant Equipment service centres, reducing client holding days, resolving clients’ issues, troubleshooting problems, assist in resolving complaints, follow up and ensure correct process are followed at stores and provide training in line with SOP’s. The CS Asset Controller is expected to understand and satisfy the clients' requirements, drive required returns and exceed their expectations where possible with a hands-on attitude.
- Conducting Visits/Scheduled calls and providing feedback to the relevant stores and staff (if applicable).
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the client through query resolution and proactive identification of potential issues.
- Logging of necessary activities and Service Requests.
- Logging Collection / Return orders when needed.
- General administration and customer account processing and reconciliations (query resolution process).
- Conducting Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly stock counts at stores.
- Investigation and resolving incorrect equipment balances.
- Investigate and resolve queries from the business & stores.
- Chase responses on Health Check queries (if applicable).
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting - Client
- & Internal Reporting on stores visited.
- Log necessary escalations to the business on any store-related matters.
- Attend meetings if required.
- Compiling and Presenting Key Performance Indicator reporting for Client & Manager.

- Store Engagement to drive the return of assets back to Equipment service centres
- Store visits and training in line with SOP’s and equipment handling to support effective controlling of equipment.
- Investigate and resolve queries from the business & stores
- Highlight potential asset control risks to management when identified
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting - Stores & Internal Reporting.
- Log necessary escalations to the business.
- Compiling and Presenting Key Performance Indicator reporting for Client & Manager.
- Highlight potential risk and asset losses identified to manager.
Pay: R17,000.00 - R19,000.00 per month
