- Management of client bookings
- Ensure great client experience
- Answer inquiries regarding services, retail and availability
- Responsible for store opening and closing procedures
- Inventory control

- Exceptional communication skills written, verbal & telephonic
- Punctual
- Able to function under pressure in a busy environment
- Aptitude for basic Math and money handling skills

- Grade 12 or equivalent
