**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee all front-of-house operations, including customer service, staff management, and table service coordination.
Manage and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transactions and daily cash-ups.
Handle cash and other financial transactions with the utmost integrity, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Monitor stock levels for the front-of-house and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a front-of-house management role, preferably in a bistro, café, or restaurant.
Proficient in POS systems and cash handling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Trustworthy, with a clean criminal record.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
