- We are looking for a seasoned Administration Manager to join our Social Investing Office (SIO) team. In this role you will be accountable for the end-to-end process excellence and provide support and assistance to the Programme Manager. This role a key driver of internal operations and you will have the opportunity to provide the Social Investing Office with core support services.**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Diploma or Degree
- Preferred Qualification - Relevant Degree
- Experience - 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar environment of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior entry management level
- Additional Knowledge: Understanding of Contract Management and Tender processes would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent Communication skills
- Administration Management experience preferable
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- In-Depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and organisational policies
- A team player with leadership skills
