Our Client, a well-established QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) company is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their team at their head office in Morningside, Johannesburg.

**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of this role is to provide an effective administration service in an efficient, professional, and effective manner. To work with the HR Manager, supporting areas of responsibility for administration and providing flexibility to enable the HR department and the office to cope with workloads to maintain a smooth-running department.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Grade 12 (Matric)

Tertiary education in a related field (Advantageous)

Minimum 1+ years in an administrative role with applied practical experience in HR Administration

Well versed in English (Read, Write, Speak)

South African Citizen

Own reliable transport

Clear criminal record

Able to work from the office

**Skills and Technical Competencies**:
Strong administration skills

**Excellent Microsoft Office Tools capabilities**: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc

Exposure to HR administration and Systems (advantageous)

Typing speed (Min. 45 WPM)

**Responsibilities**:
To assist in being a “go to” person on administrative queries

Attend to all telephonic queries

Forward and distribute information to relevant staff members

Follow up on all messages the next morning to ensure all queries were attended to

Check for missed calls and call back

Arrange refreshments for meetings and clients

Boardroom - interview and meeting bookings

Quotations for office equipment and services

Oversee general office upkeep

Take minutes of meetings when required

Any other duties as delegated by the reporting manager

**Salary**:
R8000-R10000 depending on experience
