**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and lead the Industrial Engineers team;
- Drive continuous improvements through business process engineering that interprets strategy, operations, and technology;
- Implement and maintain standards for industrial engineering activities and project execution;
- Manage sprints and delivery with Industrial Engineers team for both operations and project activities;
- Manage resolution of incidents and problems reported through support channels that require 2nd line support from engineers;
- Ensure SME ownership of systems that result in high levels of expertise and systems knowledge;
- Ensure that systems are maintained and remain optimal;
- Ensure that all relevant documentation processes are in place;
- Communicate with stakeholders in the various business and operational streams;
- Contribute to the strategic priorities within the Innovation department;
- Perform Senior Industrial Engineering activities within the specified business stream;
- A strong customer-centric focus is essential;
- Drive change management in a pro-active manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12;
- BEng Industrial Engineering;
- Honours Industrial Engineering or equivalent postgraduate qualification;
- 10 years of management experience is preferable.
