Manufacturing concern based in Linbro Park, has contract position immediately available for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Report directly to the Financial Manager and assist with administrative functions to the HR Manager.
**Super-user on SAGE 300 People essential.**
**Completed Payroll / HR Diploma essential, coupled with 6-10 years experience with large and complex payrolls preferably within a Manufacturing concern**.
**Solid SAGE 300 People and ESS** super user / administrative knowledge. KPI's include:
Processing a total payroll of 300 employees or which, 170 are monthly paid and 140 are weekly ages; administration of Deloitte annual salary survey portal; Employment Equity reporting; preparation of new employee service agreements; reconciliation, preparation and submission of EMP201's; reconciliation and preparation of all 3rd party payments; Bi-annual IRP5 reconciliations and submissions; UIF and COID submissions and payments; liaison with SARS, Pension Fund Administrators, Medical Aid Administrators and MIBFA; record-keeping of physical and electronic employee records; preparation of monthly payroll journals and GL reconciliations; salary cashbook entries and reconciliation; monthly balance sheet recons; updating HR information for the International Aptiv HR Team; administration of fuel cards and e-tags; supervision of 2 staff and adhoc projects and reporting. Excellent knowledge of the BCEA, LRA, Income Tax Act, COIDA, EE Act and Skills Development Act, medical schemes and pension funds and HR Management systems and practices.
