Fivewest OTC Desk is a dynamic and innovative force in the foreign exchange and crypto markets. The cornerstone of our trading operations is our over-the-counter (OTC) desk, which stands as one of the largest for crypto trading in South Africa.

Fivewest is currently seeking a Trading Administrator to join our growing Trading Desk.

**About The Role**:
As a Trading Administrator, you will be an integral part of our trading operations, providing crucial support to our Traders and ensuring the smooth functioning of our trading desk. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, client interaction, and coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless trading activities.

Key Responsibilities:
**Administration Duties**:

- Facilitate the opening and maintenance of trading accounts.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for client accounts.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory requirements are met and complete trade recon sheets to submit to the compliance team
- Create and manage internal folders for trading-related documentation.
- Handle invoicing in respect of trading activities to third parties where required.
- Keep track of and report on various trading metrics and data.

**Trade Support**:

- Assist Traders in executing and confirming trades.
- Maintain internal records and documentation related to trading activities.
- Communicate with third-party entities to facilitate transactions.
- Complete AIT Applications

**Client Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
- Communicate with third parties to facilitate various transactions.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or sufficient courses in the administration, finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a trading or financial administration role.
- Experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.

**Salary**: From R12 000,00 per month
