**Role Purpose**:
Infinity Services Partner Company is a Managed Services Business, wholly owned by and a fully-fledged subsidiary of Vodacom.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Effectively manage and sustain the lifecycle of each change initiative to ensure continuous impact.
Define key KPI’s for each change initiative and continuously monitor, track, assess and report on programme effectiveness.
Implement corrective action as/when required based on programme objectives and changed business priorities and focus areas.
Effectively deliver and execute change programmes and initiatives, and manage, coordinate and on-board team members and relevant stakeholders
Company communication platforms - ensure all company communications are in line with branding guidelines, consistent across all areas
Support in the organisation design of ISPC organisational structure
Ensuring that roles within the structure is aligned to key OE principles
Research external benchmarks and practices
Establish credible, productive relationships with key HR and business stakeholders
Build a Change Network of Subject Matter Experts and Super Users across impacted units and drive regular communication to promote knowledge sharing and active engagements

**Must have technical/professional qualifications**:
University Degree (preferably postgraduate) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field (required)
Change Management certification (desired)

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
3+ years’ experience managing and guiding people change in a corporate environment
Demonstrated exposure managing strategic organisational change across both leadership and staff levels
Strong communication, influencing, project management and problem solving skills coupled with creativity to design and recommend innovative change and transformation programmes with business impact
Exposure to Change Management methodologies and update to date knowledge of industry best practice
