Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a People Partner for a permanent position based in Pretoria, Tshwane. The purpose of this role is to assist in leading the delivery of a proactive and customer-focused HR service across the business. You will need to provide effective support, guidance, and advice to Managers and Team Members. Develop and maintain partnerships across the overall people portfolio to deliver value added services to internal and external stakeholders, management and employees. Salary is market related depending on experience, including benefits.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management; Industrial or Organisational Psychology
- Preferably a dynamic, flexible and adaptable individual by nature, with a desire to exceed expectations
- 4 Years experience in a HR Role (HR Officer, Generalist, HR Business Partner)
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing or Retail operations (supply chain) advantageous
- Unionised environment; manufacturing/production sector experience advantageous
- Drivers License and Own Vehicle - may be required to travel between business operations

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Computer Literacy - MS Office, SAP
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, able to work with diverse cultures
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and personal integrity
- Knowledge of the employment legislation Including OHSA, EEA, BCEA, LRA, NMWA
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate numerical skills
- Strong reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work across all levels of management within the business

**Duties**:
**_KPI’s:_**
- Be the bridge between management and employees, supporting the business functions as a whole

**Recruitment**
- Assisting and guiding managers with drafting job descriptions
- Conducting Job evaluations for new roles
- Creating and updating recruitment tools for the business
- Supporting managers with the selection process
- Ensure Managers follow the recruitment process and Manage staff referral process

**IR/ Risk**
- Keeping abreast with legislation updates and changes
- Management of IR reporting
- Conduct consultations as per business requirements
- Support management with CCMA representation
- Ensure managers are following the IR processes and advise where necessary

**Performance Management | Benefits and Wellness**:

- Provide regular communications for benefit and wellness updates and changes
- Management and execution of wellness programmes/initiatives and the roll-out thereof
- SLA management with the relevant service providers
- Ensure payroll is kept updated for all benefit changes
- Administer evaluate scores in preparation for annual salary reviews
- Communicate to the business and follow up with relevant manager
- Consultation with Finance in relation to increase process
- Consulting with managers on resolving increase queries
- Preparation and drafting of increase letters
- Processing of annual incentives relating to performance

**Culture; Engagement and Transformation**:

- Communicating to the business regarding changes and updating of policies
- Engagement Survey
- Attending People Development forum and putting actions into place relating to respective areas
- Solid and proven knowledge of recruitment processes and best practicing methods
- Solid and proven knowledge of current Labour Legislation
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Align business objectives with the needs of the employees, and the expectations of the employer and management teams in designated divisions
- Representation at the CCMA & arbitration
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organisation’s hierarchy, job requirements and grading, qualifications, compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors
- Hands on working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, inclusion and performance management
- Culture and Engagement - Communicating to the business regarding changes and updating of policies
- Required to be a trusted advisor and business partner to our management team, in line with our strategic business objectives
