**Job Advert Summary**:
The role will be responsible to for the development and implementation of learning strategies, designs e-learning content and manages L&D Budget for Gemini division.

Responsible to assess developmental needs for the division, deliver training and evaluated effectiveness.

Responsible to administer, manage, organise and control the training process and function in order to drive customer engagement and delivery.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Education or relevant field (CFP)
- Registered Moderator with Inseta
- A minimum of a NQF 6 Financial Services Related qualification.
- ODETDP NQF 5 preferable

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 -8 years L&D experience within financial industry
- Having a proven track record of e-learning techniques and financial skills
- Experienced in Facilitation and digital learning.
- Experience and knowledge around Workplace skills plan.
- Highly Desired: Project Management, Coaching & Facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to manage relationships, design and deliver training, and adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio

**Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of L&D framework and practices.
- Must be familiar with INSETA and related requirement.
- Must be fully conversant with INSETA, ETDP & related requirements - Computer literacy: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio.
- Knowledge and experience in Instructional Design Techniques
- Knowledge of current and emerging learning technologies
- Organisational Diagnostics & Intervention
- Leadership Development & Coaching
- Knowledge of drafting, compiling and submitting of WSP and ATR with SETAs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with business stakeholders, develop and implement learning strategies and programs.
- Define and implement a strategic approach to digital Learning.
- Leads the design and creation of digital learning solutions, including high-quality learning content.
- Manage and maintain L&D budget.
- Develop, implement and submit Workplace skills Plan and ART with SETA
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of organisational skills development and training trends.
- Lead and drive customer engagement and delivery.
- Drive learning initiatives and assess the success of developmental plans.
- In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, drive seamless integration of new learning digital platforms in the business to maximise the end user experience.
- Develop, implement and maintain assessment and moderation framework and tools to enable accreditation of learners ensuring that SAQA principles of assessment and moderation are adhered to.
- Establishes best practices in content development, materials, media and testing, including creating the design templates.
- Incorporate customer feedback in content design to ensure continued relevance and responsiveness to business and other customer needs.
- Facilitate learning and development interventions.
- Research industry leading trends and new technologies to enhance Leaning.
- Keep abreast of the external environment and ensure the digital astuteness continues within the business
