At Frogg Recruitment SA, we're on the hunt for a seasoned Training and Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR Training and Development, with a strong background in eLearning development and design. They will also be well-versed in SETA management and have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training frameworks.

We offer a competitive salary of R 60,000 per month (CTC), as well as a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days off-site and 2 days working from home. Our team values work-life balance and provides a supportive environment that allows employees to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding: Supporting the roll-out of onboarding initiatives
  • Individual Development: Building a learning framework that aligns with business objectives
  • Group Training Needs Analysis: Identifying skills gaps and developing targeted training programs
  • Statutory Training: Ensuring compliance with mandatory learning and development requirements
  • Line Manager Training: Developing and delivering training programs for line managers
