Great opportunity to join this international hotel brand as **Learning & Development Manager**. You will be required to design, deliver and monitor training; align the L&D procedures with business goals and objectives, integrate & drive the L&D function for the unit, and ensure L&D opportunities for employees at all levels with the objective of developing people capabilities within the limits of corporate policy.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**
- Assess and review the existing training plan and identifying future training requirements.
- Provide appropriate support to operational departments. Monitor and conduct L&D reviews with each department
- Developing SOPs for the departments as per policies, making action plans for achievement of defined targets and communicating the same.
- Develop training content for the delivery of the training topics.
- Identify and prepare Certified Departmental Trainers for different departments, study guest and departmental feedback received for the trainer and suggest corrective measures if any.
- Supervise training delivery and ensure that all programs conducted adhere to timelines and quality standards.
- Nominate mentors for appropriate employees and track the progress of mentoring and coaching initiatives
- Partner in interventions for organizational and leadership development, including conducting training programs
- Prepare Annual Training Plans and Workplace Skills Plans
- Partner in Corporate initiatives as required from time to time
- Facilitate audits to ensure adherence and compliance to procedures & standards

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- Additional certification in training is essential
- 2-3 years experience in hospitality training within a luxury 5* brand/environment
- Understanding of HR policies, Hotel operations understanding, Knowledge of modern training tools & techniques and evaluation methods
