Market Access/ Pricing Administrator

Duties would include:

- Accurately managing & maintaining various internal & external price processes, including SEP/SEPA submissions, customer price lists, as well as relevant internal systems related to the above.
- Support implementation of activities that secure optimal reimbursement of products e.g., value dossiers, payer information & education.
- Enable public sector access & procurement of the relevant treatments (where appropriate) - facilitation of tender submissions, quotes (RFQs), stock management (State Packs) & customer service (communication & query management).
- Stock management - daily sales tracking, incl. out of stock/short dated/back orders & customer communications.
- Support & empower Managers with information that will enable/improve access & reimbursement e.g., price updates, competitive price comparisons (public domain), reimbursement tool updates, general funding queries.
- Track & report on Access KPIs.
- General support for Access/Strategy as required.
- Self-starter & sense of urgency (patient - centric focus)
- Ability to quickly assimilate scientific (disease & product) information.
- Specialized disease areas and/or Rare Diseases.
- Curious & continuous learner - RSA healthcare & funder environment (medical schemes & public sector).
- Attention to detail & take accountability for timeous, quality deliverables.
- Good communication skills - ability to establish and maintain strong relationships (internal/CFT & external stakeholders).
- Scientific background to enable assimilation of data across therapeutic areas.
- Interest in Pricing & Market access in broad RSA healthcare environment.
- Analytical abilities, supported by strong operational/ execution skills.
- Leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that expectations are met & patients’ access to treatments is improved.
- Strong adherence to ethics & compliance requirements.
- Agility - easily able to adapt to business needs/role requirements.
- Resilient.
