**Job Advert Summary**:
Open new files and re-structure contents.
Selection and arrangement of archival records
Updating of inventories
Link electronic records with identifiers on the inventory.
Reconciliation of the Restitution Project Lists
Updating of reconciliations
Ability to capture date, operate computer and collate financial statistics
**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12 and Computer Literacy Certificate and/or equivalent qualification
At least one year experience in administration or registry or finance environment
Basic knowledge of financial management
Knowledge of document quality control, scanning, manual and electronic file indexing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
