Warranty & Costing Clerk - Pretoria, Gauteng

Our client is looking for a dedicated
**Warranty & Costing Clerk** to join their dynamic dealership team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warranty Processing**: Handle warranty claims efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to manufacturers.
- **Costing Analysis**: Collaborate with the service and finance teams to analyze repair costs, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all transactions.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain comprehensive records of warranty claims, costing reports, and related documentation for future reference.
- **Customer Communication**: Liaise with customers to provide information on warranty coverage, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the service, sales, and finance departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines and industry standards to ensure compliance.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- Working experience as Warranty and Costing Clerk with a **Premium Brand Dealership** is essential (not negotiable)
- Working experience on relevant Motor Industry Warranty Systems i.e. Kerridge, Autoline, Automate or Evovle
- Driver’s license
