**Summary**:
**Principal duties and responsibilities**:
Creation of marketing material for use across sales and marketing channels, including on-property collateral (print) and digital collateral.
Creation of artwork and infographics on Canva.
Preparing marketing material to the correct specifications for print and digital distribution.
Gathering information from relevant sources for content creation.
Building of newsletter frameworks and laying out of content.
Maintaining effective trade and media support.
Assisting the Digital Marketer and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks.
Forming and maintaining relationships with off-property team members and suppliers.
Coordinating with printers and couriers.

**Skill requirements**:
Higher diploma or degree in visual communications (art direction or graphic design).
At least three years working in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
Understanding of print production processes.
Proven track record of creative writing experience.
An advanced level of computer literacy with special focus on platforms such as Canva, Trello, Mailchimp (or similar EDM), Zoho (or similar CRM), Google Docs, Dropbox, Wordpress / Webflow. (Adobe Software advantageous)
Familiarity with the luxury travel / retail industry advantageous.
PR and communications experience advantageous.

A meticulous degree of pride in presentation.
Well organised with the ability to prioritise and focus.
Responsible and diligent with a track record of performance.
Enquiring mind with the ability to think outside the box.
