Job Summary:
As a Video and Social Content Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and managing our social media channels. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas, plan and execute video projects, and curate engaging content for our social media platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, product demos, customer testimonials, and social media videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Handle all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, sound design, and post-production.
- Create engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust content strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Manage the organization and maintenance of video and multimedia assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video production, including proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video and social media content projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the marketing industry.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
