Shift based work

Duties & Responsibilities
- Allocating Support Calls on Internal system
- Assisting Customers with 1st and 2nd Line Support Issues
- Assisting Installers with Installations (Remote Support)
- Escalating Calls to 3rd Line Support or Vendor
- Data Usage Reports
- Maintain and update call logging procedures
- Drafting fibre surveys and as-builts

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience:

- Proven work experience as a First/Second Line Support Technician or Helpdesk Support Technician
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar role.
- Must have a knowledge of networking and wireless technologies
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite
- Certification in A+ N+ or relevant field (advantageous)
- Key Attributes Required:
