- Development and execution of the divisional brand/marketing strategy, ensuring compliance and integration to- the group strategy; and alliance to the divisional business strategy- Developing solid relationships with key internal stakeholders including sales and senior management to drive- collaboration- Managing external stakeholders, including but not limited to brand & creative agencies and media partners-
- Ensuring alignment of communications by developing and directing the marketing and lead generation- strategy across existing channels- Identifying new lead generation channels and integrating them with the existing structures- Writing, editing and proof-reading content for websites, e-cards, social media and other relevant online- platforms- Co-branding and supporting external partners & media with content generation and release- Preparing presentations for sustainability awards and new clients- Reporting: Track, analyse & report marketing results to ensure that all activity is used for improvement- Working closely with divisional GM’s and MD to address communication needs- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders- about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets- Responding to media requests- Website, SEO, SEM and Display Network management in conjunction with digital agency- Budget allocation, management & reporting- Management, analysis and reporting of customer surveys- Building a database of qualified prospects to promote continuous interaction and promote sales support-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Tertiary qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar qualification, or related field.- 5+ years proven success in a digital marketing, direct mail campaigns and managing social media & IT- strategy- 5+ Strong communication, presentation, writing skills and assertiveness- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity- 5+ proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns**What Qualification**
