**Coordination aspects**:

- Manage your tasks in ClickUp with the help of your chief
- Track all your time with detailed notes.
- Management of clients’ content calendars in conjunction with project coordinators
(PCOs)
- Preparation of monthly social media reports and delivery of those to PCOs in time for
their monthly client meetings
- Improvements to community management processes and development of new
processes to constantly improve our services
- Alert your chief immediately of any issues you feel that you need additional assistance

**Resource aspects**:

- Scheduling of all social media posts for all clients, as directed by PCOs
- Monitoring of all social media platforms for all clients, responding to simple enquiries and
escalating complex enquiries to PCOs
- Weekly overview of all social media clients’ dashboards to ensure they are tracking well,
with report back to PCOs where there are concerns
- Checking all scheduled social media posts
- Check spelling and grammar
- Check for errors in links
- Check that image attached is relevant/inoffensive/catchy
- Set up of social media ads
- Reporting: Social media platforms

**Experience Requirements**
- Good knowledge of Google environment - Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets
- Understanding of all major social media platforms, plus good understanding of social
media and community management best practices
- MailChimp, Google Ads and WordPress experience advantageous
- Copywriting experience advantageous, otherwise an excellent command of written and
spoken english
- Agency experience advantageous
