As Head of Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts to attract and convert customers through effective social media marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or similar role.
- Position is office bound.
- You will be working with a team of two Social Media Strategists.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social media best practices.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Community Management.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Photoshop/Canva knowledge will be advantageous
- Retail experience advantageous.
- Schedule content.
- Develop tactical campaigns for brand and supplier campaigns
- Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy.
- Answer all comments on our social media platforms and direct all enquiries to the relevant departments.
- To provide content ideas for supplier collaboration and develop the creative idea into a concept.
- Oversee all visual content creation for social media channels
- Measure and report performance of all organic social activities against agreed KPI’s
- Maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to social media
- Drive organic social innovation, agile ways of working and foster a culture of continual test-and-learn across the team
- Work closely with advertising, creative and supplier teams on any briefs for social led campaigns
- Blog content development
- Develop SEO & SMO strategies

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
