**purpose**:
- To shape and direct the reward and remuneration practices across segments and geographies, including associated delivery plans**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Bachelors Degree in Business Commerce, Business Administration, or related field required
- Preferred Qualification - Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce, Business Administration, or related field required
- Experience - 5 to 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level, with similar responsibilities in reward
- Additional Knowledge - Additional Knowledge - End to end knowledge of the full human capital value chain e.g., organisational development, organisational design, talent management, performance management, reward and benefits, talent sourcing, and learning and development
- Global Remuneration Professional Certification
- Deep insights into human capital partnering
- Strong knowledge of key pieces of legislation and HR e.g., Labour Law, Basic Conditions of Employment, Employee tax, etc.
- Strong knowledge of international reward practices, regulations, and legislation
