Contract Administrator

Afrirent (Pty Ltd) is looking for a Contractor Administrator that will assist in facilitating and administrating the management of contracts.
- Managing of the fleet database when adding or de-fleeting vehicles
- Ensuring all vehicles are billed correctly
- Understanding of the contract detail and ensuring all affected individuals adhere to the terms
- Monitoring of license renewals and traffic fines for all vehicles
- Drawing of reports for fleet perfomance when required
- Taking minutes of meetings in meetings with clients
- Assist Key Account Executives with Information when required
- Support Finance and Bid Department with information when required
- Assist in evaluating the perfomance of present and potential suppliers

**Qualifications**:
Minimum: National Diploma in Administration
Ideal: Degree in Administration

- Valid driver's license_
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Mechanical: 1 year (preferred)
