Csr & Employee Engagement Project Manager

**Support the implementation of the group’s CSR programmes and Employee Engagement Projects**
- Coordinate the group’s philanthropic programmes and sponsorship initiatives end-to-end.
- Consolidate and report on CSR programmes and sponsorship initiatives.
- Take the lead on delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications and driving engagement with employees.
- Manage the calendar for internal communication content and events in line with strategic and operational requirements.
- Execute internal communications projects through collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels and ensure alignment of internal and external messages and communications.
- Lead the implementation and embedding of the online internal communications platforms which are used on a regular basis by all employees.
**TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:
- BA degree in Communications, PR, or Journalism required or equivalent work experience.
- Event Management and Project Management experience.
- Strong passion for social causes and philanthropy.
- Ability to multi-task, work with all professionals at different levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritise and manage the workload effectively
- Ability to adapt/respond to emerging issues, short deadlines, and other challenges.
- Good judgement and ability to interpret information
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to review online analytics and collecting user research.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of video content production.
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to interact and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Experience in working closely with different stakeholders across the business and strong experience in building networks and relationships to deliver results
- Experience in creating engaging content and messaging for diverse audiences in different formats.
- Ability to travel up to programme sites and closely monitor programme implementation.
- Energetic, collaborative, and proactive team player who can positively and productively contribute to strategic initiatives.
