- CBD- Job PurposeThe Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to execute and oversee the delivery of departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, transversal organisation design and alignment, service delivery initiatives, as well as practice enablement and development.
- Minimum RequirementsAn appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher) in Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Psychology/ Public and Business Management Science or related ; A minimum of 3 years administrative experience in organisation development or related. ; A valid Code B(or higher) driving licence.
