Mission Statement for The Position:
A Company-wide effort to achieve £500,000 in Gross Sales across the globe within their Business to Consumer services and reduce the number of appointments, their current Head of Sales is having to manage.

- Must display past evidence that the individual has experience in a sales and telesales role and be willing to provide references from previous employers._
**Clear Outcomes**:
**Achieve £500,000 in Gross Sales**
In order for the individual to achieve this, they will require the following skills:
- Experience and previous success in telephone sales
- Ability to close a sale through in-bound leads including those through social media
- Be confident negotiating prices
- Be able to deliver a high per day call rate (average 30 per day)
- Be able to manage existing pipeline
- Be experienced using CRM systems - ideally Close
- Be able to communicate well with the marketing team
- Be experienced in generating sales reports and presenting to the team in weekly video calls
- Be confident presenting succinct daily updates to the team
Full training will be delivered, along with role-playing and scenario testing to ensure the individual is ready to be deployed into the field.
**Salary and Bonuses**:
- Competitive baseline salary
- Salary will be dependent on hours
- Tiered bonus scheme (sales generated from new leads generated by the individual, sales generated through existing leads and company-wide)
**By consistently displaying the traits outlined and continuously achieving the outcomes listed above, the individual will flourish in the role and be highly rewarded for doing so.**

Hours: 40 per week - full time
**Salary**: From R11,000.00 per month
